What we learned in 2025

Nine completions, two new sectors, one restructured week. A frank look back at the studio year.

Nine projects completed, three of them public health facilities — a sector we entered only four years ago and now consider core.

We moved to a four-and-a-half day week in March and tracked the result honestly. Output held; sick leave halved; the Friday afternoon design review has become the best hour in the studio.

We also lost a competition we badly wanted, and the review of why was the most useful document we produced all year.
