Nissi Corporate Office
A contemporary workplace that brings together professional identity, employee comfort and collaborative work culture within a clean, energetic interior environment.
The NISSI Corporate Office is envisioned as a contemporary workplace that brings together professional identity, employee comfort and collaborative work culture within a clean, energetic interior environment. The design moves away from a conventional corporate-office language, creating a workspace that feels open, connected and people-centric.
The interior is organised through a thoughtful combination of open workstations, collaborative lounges, informal discussion areas, reception and waiting spaces, meeting zones and breakout pockets. Transparent glass partitions maintain visual connectivity across departments while providing the privacy required for focused work and meetings.
A restrained palette of warm wood, white surfaces, subtle grey textures and NISSI's signature blue accents establishes a strong connection with the company's visual identity. Integrated indoor planting introduces biophilic elements throughout the workspace, softening the corporate environment and bringing freshness into everyday working areas.
The exposed ceiling becomes an intentional part of the design, with visible services, cable trays and fire-fighting lines complemented by suspended linear lighting. This creates a modern industrial character while allowing the office to remain flexible and functional. Carefully designed feature walls, graphics, timelines and branded elements communicate the organisation's journey and values, turning circulation spaces into opportunities for storytelling.
Beyond aesthetics, the project focuses on creating a workplace that encourages productivity, interaction, creativity and employee well-being. From focused workstations to relaxed collaborative spaces, each zone is designed to support a different way of working while maintaining a cohesive visual language.
A workplace designed not simply around desks and cabins, but around people, collaboration and the evolving culture of work.
